Achubwyd Beiciwr Mynydd - Dyfed Powys police alerted the team to a male mountain biker with an injured knee in the Elan Valley area. Two males mountain biking - pushing bikes due to difficult terrain one male dropped into a whole and strained knee. Had difficulty finding way off the hill so called for assistance. A team member who lived nearby made way towards casualties location from phone find. Casualties had been asked to continue moving East towards Claerwen dam. Casualties assessed and able to continue on foot. Picked up by gator and brought back to control.
