Galwad Tîm - Dyfed Powys Police alerted the team to a female who was lsot in dense forestry and unable to move. The missing person went for walk intending to use forest tracks to get back to her accommodation but the tracks were completely overgrown with high brambles and impassable. she attempted to get through the forest but eventually realised she was lost and stuck and called mountain rescue. Fortunately, she could be located with phone find and team were able to battle through the undergrowth to reach her and bring her to safety, she was uninjured.
