Galwad Tîm - Dyfed Powys Police received a call from an informant who stated that he had spoken to 2 French nationals with poor English who were stranded in a vehicle in flood water. They did not have access to any recovery service. A small group of 4 in 2vehicles carried out an initial search. ZV and water kit was held back at Talybont village hall. ZW and 2 persons. Drove the route along the side of Talybont Reservoir. We made enquiries at a farm house enroute. Nothing found team were stood down.
