Galwad Tîm - Dyfed Powys Police assked for assistance to help recover 3 missing persons who were driving fromTregaron towards Beaulh Failed and had failed to return Home. Elderly female passenger, in early stages of renal failure. They Went for a drive at 15:30… lived in Lampeter and drove to Tregaron with a view of driving the mountains over to Beaulh then home … so no phone signal, they slid and buried the car in a ditch on the hair pin …. Daughter phoned the police to say they had not returned… so police drove from Tregaron as far as they could … which was to SN 7622 5763. Then turned around … called us to see if we could assist, the first tasking was to drive from Beaulah to the point that police turned around … came across them as we turned the hairpin … they where all sat in the car only running the engine for heat every half hour to save fuel, crashed the car at 17:00 They were Located on a steep hairpin bend, Checked all three persons out and then made the car safe. Loaded them into our landrover to meet up with the police to hand them over.
