Galwad Tîm - The team were alerted by Dyfed Powys police following a call from a lone walker who was lost having descended from the ridge above Llyn y Fan Fawr and Llyn y Fan Fach. TH eincident controller used PhoneFind to locate the walker and team members were dispatched to meet him and return him to his vehicle.
