Galwad Tîm - Dyfed Powys Police received a call from a male stating he and his dog walking Penyfan and fallen whilst walking from Penyfan to the other hill? The dog slipped and caller went with her he believed the dog had fallen another 100-200 yds. He said he went up the main path walking between the two hills and there is a huge drop - the dog is a cocker spaniel the caller could not see the dog - he states she has fallen too far. The Gator and team members were deployed to locate and secure both Casualty and dog. The Casualty was assessed and aws uninjured. The dog was injured and placed in a rucksack and all were gently assisted down the steep slope, walking to the Gator positioned further down the hill. Meanwhile incident controller made arrangements to take the dog to the VETs on the estate near our base.
