Western Beacons MSART requested help from Brecon MRT to assist in the treatment and evacuation of a fallen 71 year old female at Brest Cwm Llwyd near Llangadog. NHS Ambulance was on scene but the crew were unable to evacuate the casualty without assistance from MRT personnel.
