Galwad Tîm - The team were contacted by Dyfed Powys Police having received a 999 call that had gone initially to the fire service. A female fell runner had failed to make contact with her partner near Usk reservoir and had phoned for assistance, she had a very poor phone signal and when she dialled 999 she ended up being put through to fire service. The incident controller being unable to contact either the missing female or her partner dispatched the bulk of the team to her last known position and and another team member to the partners last known position. Whilst the team were deploying the incident controller was able to make contact with the female who had met up with her partner with the help of another walker. They were then on their way home. The team was stood down.
