The team were alerted to a male walker who had pulled a muscle and become exhausted after seeting off on a long walk early in the morning. The male was on a training walk for a 50mile event, he started out at 0230 this morning to do a circle route, and basically got his food intake wrong and became tired and breathless this evening and felt he would struggle to get back to his car, he was encouraged to walk towards Penwyllt where he was met by MR personnel and drievn back to his car.
