The team were called to assist an individual who had become disorientated on steep ground whilst following a route on a phone application. They had lost confidence in the phone app and called for assistance. Whilst BMRT personnel were being deployed, the incident controller was able to locate the individual via "phone find" and suggest an onward route - BMRT personnel met the walker and escorted them back to their vehicle.
